Old-Fashioneds (served over craft ice)

    The Smoke House  -   Amador Cabernet Finish Bourbon with house made 

    demerara simple syrup, & bitters; smoked in an enclosed chamber, then garnished             

    and garnished w/ an orange peel.

                                                                                           

    The Rye Not - Resurgens Rye, vanilla infused simple syrup, and Peychaud’s bitters

    garnished w/ a dark cherry & an orange peel.


*   The L.R.  -    Our signature cocktail made with Woodford Reserve Double Oak Bourbon

    combined with muddled blackberries & orange slices, bitters, and house-made

    demerara simple syrup.


    The "Pic Yer Poison" - Choose your proof of Old Forrester Bourbon in this classic old

    fashioned with house made demerara simple syrup & bitters, garnished w/ a dark

    cherry.

       a. Old Forrester 1870 – 90 proof – with notes of citrus, caramel, and spice


       b. Old Forrester 1897 – 100 proof - with notes of caramel, oak, and vanilla


       c. Old Forrester 1910 - 93 proof- with notes of chocolate, dark fruit, and oak


       d. Old Forrester 1920 - 115 proof - with notes of dark chocolate, oak, and spice


Bourbon Specialties

    The Patriot - – Salute our military with this classic Manhattan made with Horse Soldier

    Premium Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth, and Bitters.


    The Kentucky Mule - A refreshing cocktail made w/ Bulleit Bourbon, Ginger Beer & fresh                              

    lime.                                                                                                                               


Specialty Margaritas

    The Bearcat -    During prohibition, the bearcat was a term used to describe a hot-blooded

    woman. This hot-blooded cocktail combines Tanteo Jalapeno Infused Tequila, Orange

    Liqueur, and our homemade margarita mix in a Tajin rimmed glass. 

    *Substitute Tanteo Habanero Infused Tequila if you are brave enough.

                                                                                                                     

    The Tequilero - Named after the Mexican Bootleggers who smuggled tequila into the US

    during prohibition, this is a top shelf Cadillac Margarita made from Herradura Ocho Plato

    tequila, Cointreau, fresh squeezed lime juice and agave served in a salt rimmed glass.


    The Smokey- A twist on a pineapple margarita, using smoky Banhez Premium Mezcal,

    Cointreau, pineapple and lime juice served in a Tajin rimmed glass.



Speakeasy Cocktails

    The L.R. Mary -  Our signature Bloody Mary, made with Tito’s Vodka and our house

    crafted Bloody Mary mix, garnished with a large shrimp from the coastal waters of

    Georgia (on weekends only) and queen olives. Served mild(ish) or spicy upon request.


    The Hemingway – A classic Daiquiri named after “Papa” who liked to frequent

    Speakeasys during prohibition, is made with Atomica Light Rum, lime and grapefruit

    juices, with a dash of maraschino cherry juice, shaken over ice and strained.


    The Mary Pickford - Another rum based prohibition style cocktail, named after a popular

    Canadian American actress of the day. This one combines Bacardi White Rum with

    pineapple juice, grenadine, and maraschino cherry juice, shaken over ice and strained.

    Our version adds a floater of Bali Hai Cutwater dark rum on top for an extra kick.


    The Ritzy Doll- our Fruity take on a "Long Island".  equal parts of Gin, Vodka, Tequila and Rum

    shaken with Sweet and Sour and a black Raspberry Liquor and then topped with Sprite. 

    **** Try a twist and order a SPICY Doll -Tanteo Jalopeno Tequila replaces Silver tequila.


    The Tropical - Our version of a pina colada.  Rum Haven Coconut Water Rum, shaken with                            

    Cream of Coconut and Pineapple juice.  Poured over Ice and then topped with Whipped Cream

    and a Cherry. 

    **** Try a Floater of Bali Hai Caribbean Dark Rum on the top $ 2.00 additional  


Martini Classics

    The Midnight Martini -      A delicious mixture of Hanson’s Organic Espresso Vodka,

    Whistler’s Irish Cream and Fever Tree Espresso Martini Mix.. Served with three espresso beans. 


    The Dirty Hopper - A super "dirty" version of a Grey Goose Vodka. Martini.   Served with 

    Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives.


    The Lemon Drop - A delicious Mix of New Amsterdam Lemon Vodka, Fabrizia Lemoncello, 

    Lemonade and Fresh Meyer Lemon juice.  Shaken with Ice and then served in a Lemon 

    Flavored Sugar Rimmed glass.                                                                                                


    Appletini - A delicious Mix of New Amsterdam Green Apple Vodka, Llords Golden Apple Liquor,   

    Lords Sour Apple Liquor, Shaken with Ice and  then served in a Apple Flavored 

    Sugar Rimmed glass.
